Huckleberry Vinaigrette

huckleberry vinaigrette

Make this huckleberry vinaigrette recipe in less than 5 minutes!!

Ingredients

1 cup huckleberries
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons honey
3/4 cup virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. In your blender add everything except the olive oil and blend.
  2. After about one minute continue blending and slowly drizzle the olive oil into the blender.
  3. Depending on what type of blender you have it should be a total of about two minutes.

Notes

Don’t fill your jar all the way to the top, leave some room for shaking later.You can store this in the refrigerator for up to one week.
