- Oil, to pan sear the chicken
- 2 chicken breast
- 2 Tbsp char siu sauce
- 1 Tbsp garlic & ginger
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp red chilli paste (optional)
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- In a bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients. Mix the chicken with the marinade and keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Pan sear the chicken from both sides.
- Serve with garlic and egg fried rice.
