Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 7 slices bacon
  • 20 raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • sprinkle of pepper, if spicy desired.
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Slice each bacon slice into three pieces. Wrap one piece around each shrimp. Place on baking sheet and broil 2-3 minutes per side, flipping once.
  3. Serve shrimp on lettuce leaves.
