BBQ Chicken Nachos recipe is a fun twist by topping with shredded rotisserie chicken, scallions, barbecue sauce, and melted Cheddar.

  • 2 cups grated Cheddar
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
  • 4 scallions, thinly sliced
  • optional Jalapenos

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 450° F. On a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet, layer the chips, Cheddar, and chicken. Bake until the Cheddar is melted, 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Top with the barbecue sauce and scallions.
