- 1 tbs Sweet Almonds
- 1 tsp Green Tea
- 1 cup Water
Instructions
- Wash sweet almonds in cold water and smash into pieces.
- Put green tea into a cup.
- Put almond pieces into a sauce pan and pour in 1 cup of water. Heat over medium heat and bring to a boil. Pour the mixture over the green tea.
- Cover cup and allow the tea to steep for 5 minutes before serving.

To store Chinese Almond Tea, keep any leftover tea in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop, stirring occasionally to maintain its creamy consistency.
