- 2 oz (60g) of rice
- 6 fl. oz (180ml) of milk
- 2 fl. oz (50ml) of cream
- 5 oz (150g) of dark chocolate
- 1 tsp butter
- a handful of any berries for serving.
Instructions
- Combine the milk and rice. Bring the mixture to a boil and add the chocolate. Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in butter and remove from heat.
- Arrange the risotto on a serving plate and decorate with berries.
