Instructions
- Prepare Nori.
- Cut cucumber and Tamagoyaki into thin and long strips, about 8″ long and 1/2″ thick (8cm x 1cm).
- It’s OK not to have 8″ long pieces, just add pieces together to make the total length.
- Set the Sushi Roller on the first position: the Futomaki (big roll with rice on the outside)
- ALWAYS START BY SPREADING THE RICE INSIDE THE FRAME
- USE WHOLE SHEET OF NORI FOR BIG ROLLS AND HALF A NORI SHEET FOR SMALL ROLLS. FLIP OVER FOR ROLLS WITH NORI OUTSIDE
- PUT EQUAL AMOUNT OF INGREDIENTS ACROSS THE WIDTH OF THE ROLL
- ROLL BACKWARD! YES, ROLL BACKWARD!
