- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 (4-ounce) jar pureed prunes baby food
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat an 8-inch-square baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, stir together flour, cocoa, sugar, and salt. Stir in pureed prunes, eggs, oil, and vanilla; mix until well blended. Spread the batter evenly in prepared baking dish.
- Bake 30 to 32 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
