Instructions
Beat eggs, oil and sugar. sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and cocoa. mix well.
Add vanilla, zucchini and nuts. mix all together and spread on a jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Notes
Bread will freeze well, and keep in refrigerator for weeks.
