Aussie Lamb Chia Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 lb minced lamb
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 medium onion, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together well (except the oil) and form 4 patties. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or prepare your grill. Fry or grill the burgers until cooked through. Sprinkle with a little more salt & pepper, if desired. To serve, cut the rolls in half and spread with mayonnaise. Top with mixed greens and cheese, place a burger on each and top with tomato chutney. Tip: To create your own fresh bread crumbs, use Chia Omega-3 Loaf or Rolls.
