Ingredients

- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and seeded
- 1 green onion
- ½ cup salad oil
- ¼ cup White Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. minced ginger root
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- Pinch salt
Instructions
- Cut cucumber and green onion in four pieces; place in blender container.
- Add remaining ingredients. Cover and run on high 1 minute.
- Serve over tossed green salads, or chicken and seafood salads.
Notes
- More uses: Use it to marinate the Grilled Chicken. Serve it with vegetable sticks as a dip.
