Gochujang Sauce

  • 1/4 cup gochujang paste
  • 1/4 cup white miso
  • 2 tablespoons mirin or honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated or pressed
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 23 tablespoons water

Chicken

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup very thinly sliced green onion
