- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 lb frozen peas
- 2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sour cream
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium-high. Add onion; cook 3 minutes until tender.
- Add frozen peas and chicken broth. Increase heat to high; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-high; simmer 3 minutes, to slightly reduce.
- Pour into blender; purée. Add dried dill, plus salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour soup into bowls. Before serving, dab with sour cream; sprinkle with dill.
