Pineapple Ice Cream

Pineapple Ice Cream – All-fruit, dairy-free and with no added sugar—these are the hallmarks of this “ice” cream, a healthy alternative to real ice cream. This Pineapple Ice Cream has wonderful tropical flavors, thanks to a hint of juicy mango and lime.

It takes just a few minutes to make this naturally sweet, frozen dessert in either a food processor or a blender. Enjoy it alone, or top with fresh fruit and toasted coconut.
