- 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound pork tenderloin

- Meanwhile, place reserved marinade in a small saucepan over medium heat, and boil 5 to 7 minutes, or until mixture is reduced.
- Coat grill pan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Grill pineapple slices 3 minutes per side, or until heated through. Slice pork tenderloin and serve with pineapple slices and sauce.
