Thai Cucumber Relish – Ajad

This quick, spicy-sweet relish makes a perfect picnic side. Use this make-ahead sweet-and sour condiment to brighten thai inspired meal. Ajad is a popular street food condiment in Thailand, intended to bring a bit of acidity and bite as it cuts through the heartier and greasier foods that are so delicious in Thai cuisine. This fresh pickle is the classic accompaniment to many deep-fried and BBQ Thai appetizers and some curries.

Serve this Thai cucumber relish with Thai Garlic Pepper Chicken, some tasty Thai Larb or how about some Thai Chicken & Broccoli.
