Ingredients
- 1 lb minced lamb
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 medium onion, finely diced
- 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For Serving:
- 4 Chia Omega-3 Rolls
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise (to taste)
- 4 tbsp tomato chutney (to taste)
- 4 ripe tomato slices
- 4 cheese slices
- 1 cup mixed salad greens
- Pickles
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together well (except the oil) and form 4 patties. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or prepare your grill. Fry or grill the burgers until cooked through. Sprinkle with a little more salt & pepper, if desired. To serve, cut the rolls in half and spread with mayonnaise.
