Ingredients
- 1.5 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken thighs (4-6)
- 1/2 cup Zatarain’s Creole Mustard (or any other spicy mustard)
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F
- Line a 9×9 baking dish with foil.
- Place chicken thighs in the baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, stir together mustard, syrup, worcestershire sauce and oregano. Pour over chicken thighs, making sure they are entirely covered.
- Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes.
- Remove from oven, serve and enjoy!
