Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • ½ garlic clove, grated
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2⁄3 oz. anchovies
  • ½ lemon, the juice

Instructions
