Pan-Grilled Salmon with Red Pepper Salsa. Its simplicity lends it to pair with any number of sides, although I’m partial to serving it with a carb and something green.

Pan-Grilled Salmon with Red Pepper Salsa

Learn how to make Pan-Grilled Salmon with Red Pepper Salsa. This easy dish is on the short list for weeknight meals that hit all my criteria: fast, healthy, filling, and killer good. Simply seasoned, the salmon is pan fried until the exterior is super crispy while the interior remains buttery soft. This easy grilled salmon is a quick-cooking dinner that takes less than twenty minutes to make and tastes amazing!

This tasty salmon pairs well with Garlic Goat Cheese Mashed Potatoes, Lyonnaise Potatoes or Fried Smashed Potatoes with Lemons.

Also goes well with Oven Roasted Broccoli, Sauteed Spinach & Garlic or Roasted Asparagus.
